TheÌýDavidson Distinguished Lecture in EconometricsÌýwas established in October 2022, thanks to the generosity ofÌýProfessorÌýRussell Davidson. The Lecture will invite prominent figures to the 91ÉçÇø campus, increase the Department of Economics’ visibility, and allow students and faculty to see more of the broader academic world.

On November 1, please join us for this year’s lecture, featuring guest speakerÌý, who will be delivering a presentation entitled:ÌýExtreme Weather Events, Low Frequency Variations in Temperature, and Economic Activity.
