This micrograph is a depth-pseudo-colored maximum projection of z-stacks obtain using a laser scanning confocal microscope of an Arabidopsis lobe/neck of a cotyledon pavement cell expressing GFP-MAP. This was a part of a project on the distribution pattern of mechanical stress, microtubules, and cellulose in primary cell walls of epidermal pavement cells.
