When you burn out, you have nothing left to give. The purpose of this interactive workshop is to help participants understand what causes burnout, the warning signs, and ways in which it can be prevented. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Explore the considerable impact of burnout on emotional and physical well-being
• Have a toolbox of skills, tips and tricks to help them better cope with stress in the workplace and beyond
