The Knowledge of Knee Osteoarthritis (KOKO) Study
Shreya completed a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from India in 2006 and a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from 91社区 in 2010. In her Masters project, she studied movement difficulties in individuals with chronic pain, specifically fibromyalgia and their response to music. She is presently enrolled in the doctoral program in Rehabilitation Sciences at 91社区. Her doctoral project seeks to understand knowledge needs and perceptions about knee osteoarthritis in the general public. Her research interests include chronic pain, knee osteoarthritis and knowledge translation models and strategies. In addition to her doctoral studies, she is also actively involved with a national collaborative of trainees in knowledge translation across Canada.
