I聽work at the interface between the mind, brain, machines and the external world, having obtained my basic medical training at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and then a PhD in neuroscience at NYU. I work with both humans and non-human primates, and much of my research focus is on the neurophysiological and computational basis of vision, hearing, movement and mental processing, with a keen eye on direct applications to devices, algorithms and human health.
