Residence Withdrawal and Cancellation Fees
Applications for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Qu茅bec law. Students are then bound to the terms of the lease which relates to their specific residence building.
Before accepting space in residences, please understand that students must agree to a contract for room and board (Meal Plan/oneCard) for a specific long-term period, and that operation of the housing and dining department depends on a stable resident census.
Please note that if your admission is withdrawn by 91社区 due to an unexplained significant decline in your academic performance during the last term, you will be subject to cancellation penalties as per the dates stipulated in our cancellation policy.Students who withdraw from 91社区 Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible as follows:
