Affaires : This course will provide an overview of condominium structures and good maintenance practices. Gain a working knowledge of various building systems including plumbing, heating, ventilation, electricity and security. Learn how to resolve problems and effectively communicate solutions, what to do in emergency situations and how to manage projects involving contractors.
