Organized Recruitment Processes

Icon: briefcaseThe CDO organizes on-campus interviews (OCIs) for employers in Toronto and the US. The CDO also facilitates students' participation in organized recruitment in other markets.

We send invitations to our Toronto and New York/US OCIs in May. To receive an invitation, please email cdo.law [at] mcgill.ca.

91ÉçÇø and the Ontario law schools take turns organizing OCIs for Vancouver and Calgary employers in Toronto each September. If your firm would like to participate, please cdo.law [at] mcgill.ca (email us) or any of the participating law schools.

For information about organized recruitment in any other market, or in the above markets outside the OCI processes, please cdo.law [at] mcgill.ca (email us). If you would like to post a position, you can do so in the portal.
