This experiential and dynamic workshop will enhance women鈥檚 leadership skills by:
- Understanding the role of women in our society, barriers, and enablers.
- Realizing how important is for women to use 鈥渟elf鈥� as an instrument of change鈥� to be able to impact and influence our environment.
- Recognizing the key elements of leadership needed to succeed (such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team dynamics).
- Embracing life balance and well being to excel.
This three-hour workshop will be held on two separate days:
