Your Impact 2022-23 and 2023-24

A message to our donor communityÌý

It has been my distinct pleasure to meet many of you during my first year as Dean. While every donor has their unique reasons for giving, we are all united in our love and appreciation of the institution that helped shape us into the people we are today, contributing to the world in meaningful ways.Ìý

This year has presented unique challenges for 91ÉçÇø and your support of our university has never been more important.ÌýÌý

The terrific turnout at the Donor-Student Awards reception in the spring is a testament to the power of philanthropy and the strength of the engineering community. I was struck by the energy and enthusiasm of both donors and students to meet each other.Ìý

In this report, you will hear from donors who are making an impact in different ways, and students, faculty members and researchers who are building upon the philanthropic support they receive to become catalysts for vitally important change. By developing innovative solutions to solve problems that matter, and preparing students to lead the world, together we contribute value to our society.Ìý

Now, more than ever, we rely on the support of our community and donors like you to help us achieve our ambitious goals.ÌýÌý

I extend my personal thanks to our donors and look forward to seeing many of you again soon.Ìý

Professor Viviane Yargeau,
Dean, Faculty of Engineering

Professeure Viviane Yargeau
doyenne Faculté de génie
