What we do

91社区 Printing handles the printing of both stationery (standard and personalized) and custom documents.听

Stationery

We produce a wide range of 91社区 stationery. Please refer to 91社区's Visual Identity Guide听for the various elements of the University鈥檚 visual identity and guidance on how to use them consistently or to download the 91社区 brand assets.

To order your Graduate Student business cards, please read and agree to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions

Only full-time master鈥檚 and doctoral students in good standing are eligible.听

There is a template for the graduate student card, which includes the following content:听

  • Name; followed on the same line by degree(s) already earned (the latter is optional)听
  • The phrase 鈥淢aster鈥檚 candidate鈥� or 鈥淧h.D. candidate鈥� (optional)听
  • The identifying words: Graduate Student (written in exactly this form)听
  • Department/Faculty name听
  • Department/Faculty address听
  • Phone number(s) of choice听
  • 91社区 email address (no other email address will be accepted)听
  • 91社区 web address (optional)听

No additional information will be included.听

Alternatives to the template will not be authorized, except in the case of units, such as the Schulich School of Music and the Desautels Faculty of Management, where the unit is developing a variation on the standard template.听

Cards are available in sets of 100 at $35 plus tax; there is an additional charge of $10 plus tax per set for bilingual cards (in which English appears on one side and French on the other).听

Business cards can be ordered from Printing Services. Printing Services will process graduate student business card orders only once the following has been confirmed by the graduate program coordinator of the student鈥檚 Department/Faculty: student鈥檚 status as a graduate student, as well as program (Master鈥檚 or Ph.D.) and existing degrees, where these will be included on the card.听

Students who withdraw from a graduate program are asked to destroy any remaining business cards or return them to the Department/Faculty at the time of withdrawal.听

Letterheads

Postcards

Decals and stickers

Get started right away

Send us your digital files as email attachments or share them through OneDrive. We will print them for you.听

Documents first need to be converted to PDF format. When converting to PDF for printing, you should ensure that:

  1. All fonts are embedded.
  2. Images are not down sampled below 300dpi or compressed.
  3. There is no security applied to the document.

In case the print job is too big to be sent as attachment(s), you can share the document(s) by using your OneDrive.
