If a Core Facility receives negative feedback from COSRRF in an annual review, a formal warning may be issued with recommendations for improvement. If, following a subsequent annual review, the Core Facility continues to fall short of recommendations, COSRRF may submit a formal recommendation for termination to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The final decision regarding the Core Facility termination rests with the Dean. The recommendation of COSRRF may be based on any of the criteria assessed by the Committee.
