TCP Infection & Inflammation Core

91ÉçÇø

About

The Infection and Inflammation Core is part of The Centre for Phenogenomics (TCP) funded by Genome Canada and located at the 91ÉçÇø Research Centre on Complex Traits (MRCCT). Our services are focused on the genetic dissection of complex biological and immunological pathways underlying the host response to pathogens and inflammation.

We offer a wide range of bacterial, viral, parasitic, and fungal pathogens as well as different mouse models relevant to human infectious, autoimmune, and inflammatory diseases. In addition, we provide state-of-the-art infrastructure and expert support for experimental design during in vivo infections and the subsequent analysis of the host response.
