Each semester, you are required to verify the accuracy of your academic record and tuition status. Please take a few moments to log into Minerva>Student Records Menu  – in advance of the relevant record change deadlines for the current semester – and check your Minerva Unofficial Transcript so as to verify the following: 
- Current course registration  
- Program and current status (e.g., applied to graduate, leave of absence, term away, exchange abroad, etc.). 
- Applicable transfer credits. Note that transfer credits (courses/credits taken elsewhere, which you are seeking to transfer into your 91ÉçÇø degree) require pre-approval by your Faculty Student Affairs office or Graduate Program Director. Transfer credits will not be awarded for coursework completed prior to admission, if not disclosed at the time you applied to 91ÉçÇø. 
- Final grades, if applicable.  Please note the rules regarding calculation of CGPA. 
- Current tuition status (e.g., Quebec resident, Canadian, etc.), which is found under Student Accounts Menu>Access View Tuition & Legal Status. Refer to information about Legal Documents for more details.

- Tuition status, contact Service Point. 
- All other information on your academic record, contact your academic adviser in your Faculty Student Affairs Office.
