Deadline for Final Requirements
Please note that 1) Abstract, 2) Report and 3) Supervisor Evaluation are requirements of the bursary program. The deadline to submit these documents is Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
Failure to submit this documentation by the above deadline will exclude the student's final report from being reviewed for Best Report Award and put the student's funding at risk of being revoked.
If program requirements are not fulfilled, please note that future applications for funding will not be considered. For example, students would be ineligible to participate in Fall 2024 Bursary Program. Any offers made to students who have failed to submit this documentation by the deadline will be revoked.

2) Final report
Final reports will be reviewed by the Faculty's Student Research Committee in order to select the best written report prize winner for the Summer 2024 Research Bursary Program. The prize winner will be announced at the Student Research Day in Fall 2024 (Date will be confirmed). For a student to remain eligible for this prize, the final report must conform to the guidelines provided and be submitted by the above deadline. Please refer to the final report guidelines below for more information.

3) Supervisor Evaluation
Supervisors are encouraged to discuss their evaluation and feedback with the student prior to submitting the required form.
Using the form below, supervisors must submit an evaluation of their student's performance. The form must be completed in typed format and saved as StudentLastName_StudentFirstName_S24eval.
The evaluation should be submitted electronically from the supervisor's personal email account to submitresearch.med [at] mcgill.ca.
