Once you've booked your visit

Before your visit, kindly review our "Politique annulation / Cancellation Policy". It contains important information regarding the cancellation policy for Redpath Museum activities and events.

Please also read our “Guidelines for your visit and Directions to the museum” which will inform you of the directions to get to the museum as well as the guidelines. Even though you may have visited a museum before, we would be grateful if you could ensure your students are familiar with the guidelines before they arrive.

Lastly:

  • Accessibility: We regret to inform you that the museum is unfortunately not equipped with an elevator or a ramp.
  • Food and Drinks: We regret to inform you that the Redpath Museum does not have a lunchroom. Other than water, strictly no food or drinks are allowed anywhere in the museum. Kindly note, a water fountain is available on the first floor.
  • Winter: Please ensure to bring indoor shoes during the winter, especially on snowy or slushy days!
  • Billing: You may choose to pay your fee directly at our front desk upon arrival. We accept cash, interaction or credit (visa or MasterCard). If not paid at the time of your visit, an invoice will be sent to your organization after your visit by the office of Accounts Receivable of 91. It is your responsibility to inform the front desk of the number of students present on the day of your visit. You will be billed on the basis of the information provided then. Otherwise, you will be billed on the basis of the information provided at the time of reservation.
  • Resources: Many resources are available prior to your visit (scavenger hunt, online content, curriculum expectancies and expectations, etc.). Consult the teaching resources on our website for educational resources.
  • Survey: Make sure to let us know how we fared by filling out this short survey.
